No spoken word. File footage of NAACP attorney Reuben Pulaski filing an integration suit
in Roanoke's Federal District Court. The suit filed on behalf of 18 black children
attempting to integrate the all-white Pulaski High School named Superintendent Frank J.
Critzer and the State Pupil Placement Board as defendants. (The Washington Post, March 25, 1960)
