Friday A.M.

My Dear Daughter

Your letter to hand I guess mine passed yours. very glad to know you was well & passed in your test thank the Lord You are getting along well I am up early made fire then haul B out so he & I are sitting by the fire upstairs in while the stove getting hot Miss Dickey & Nora asleep. she is of a jolly disposition like Miss Barbour is as happy as a lark here say if I send her away she will go back home well

I've got to Iron to day so as to be ready get at the hog chidlings we kill tomorrow nothing prevent sure I'll send you some sausage. Nora send love try & write her a few lines. besure & send B shoes as soon as you get this letter guess you have use the stamps havnt you? I am sending you $1.00 in this letter I did not know you had to but soap I would have sent you some will send some Palmolive in the box xmas. do you have to get bluing two & starch let me know because I can

send you starch enough to last you some time. Lucy been down to see me she is very fond of the teacher all the same I dont let her & Nora go there as long as it is a way out poor Lucy sure have a bad rep. but I blame her Mother she so busy courting herself have let Lucy go at will. L. wanted the teacher to board with them now you no well I must close & go to get B ready it is hailing out side havy black clouds is your ties all right love to alta I think Beatrice coming

Xmas. we are trying to have a concert for Xmas 27. so cousin Fannie & ?Getta? was here Tuesday night we miss you all from the choir & church. all send love B getting a ?penny? to speak today. send love Many friends send love & wish you well. now May the Lord bless you is mothers prayer

The Bank of Pittsburgh ans Aunt Joe letter saying Uncle George had drawn all out of Bank just before he left the city but I dont know if it is true.
