Dear Friend:

Most stores in acknowledging receipt of your recent payment would speak of it as the "final payment" on your account.

But I am not going to say it is you "final payment." It is an honor and a privilege to have so good a customer as you and I certainly shall not consider your account as "closed" even though it is paid in full.

So I have left your account open the same as though you were making payments. This is for your convenience- it means that your credit is ESTABLISHED - UNQUESTIONED - UNLIMITED. All that you need do in making another purchase is to say: "charge this to me." No other details - no trouble - no delay.

Any purchase you make will be welcome no matter how small, just so I have the satisfaction of keeping you on our list of preferred patrons. I am prepared to offer you SPECIAL ADVANTAGES upon renewal of your account and exceptionally liberal terms of credit.

I personally appreciate and thank you for your valued patronage and I sincerely trust that I shall continue to have the honor of serving you.

Very truly yours,
ADELBERG's
