November 13, 1925

Dear May,

your letter was received a few day ago and I was very glad to hear from you, Sunday I was over to the Show in Newark it was great. last ?night I was? at a dance and almost had a fight [missing text] I went home. Friday is a very rainy day and [missing text] I hope that you dont write me short letters because I write them to you it's because I havent very much to write to you. We are playing our first game Tuesday night Nov. 17th at Montclair.

Proably I'll be in Union County (yale) Jail about a fight which must occur before long as it almost occurred last night. Well sweety there isn't any thing to tell you this week. Dont wait so long to write sweet heart.
