My Dear May.

Your letter came to-day and found me enjoying life. Your letter was answered and I am sorry that you didn't receive it. I am also sorry to that you always look indirectly toward my letter, you seem to think that I am alway in a position to write you when you think that I should.

you also speaks of not being friends in both letters that you send me well is you dont care to be friends any more then that's your business

you know to if I had, had the time I would have wrote before then. But to receive your letters is a pleasure but, not the way you have started to write lately. You never think that there is many more things I have to do. No, I didn't get peeved but disgusted at the way you have began to write me I nevered made a promise that I didnt keep, I never promsed you that I would stop writing

No, I know you dont believe nothing I say, but when you are away from your--------then I am every thing to you but now, nothing.

Have I wrote you a letter this year stating the your thoughts and cares are for some one else, and of course you know I am plain, just too plain to tell you any thing the I want to

Then if I dont care to be friend then why cant I tell you as I have told you other things. It seem as though you dont care to be friends any longer as the way you speak, well dear if I am keeping you from some one else, then dont pay any attention to me dont ever think of me.

After you write all of your thoughts then you relize that you can be right as well as wrong.

IV

Your letter was answered before I received this one Every year when you go away you write about the same must live over & over again.

I remain
William
