My Dear Sweet heart,

I have not in my vocabulary words sufficient enough to express my supreme delight in reading your picturesque and vivid letter which I received a day or so ago. Indeed your message of love filled me with ecstasy.

You are an artist at explaining your emotions. That is a wonderful gift I am sorry that I am not well versed as you, but

nevertheless, I will in my simple but heart ful way endeavor to tell of the response my heart gives to your wonderful letters

Just now I picture my self as a poor little boy destitute of some one's love. His ideal, his Queen the woman of his hopes and ambition. He has been unable to find the world over, He goes to sleep with only the dark, lonsome night as his companion and love but lo' in the morning his sleep is abruptly interrupted by the

lovely notes of birds by the bright morning sun and by his side stand the his Queen Charming, Although this a very simple story it illustrates better than I can tell the feeling of my heart. May dear I am very sorry that we couldn't see each other Sunday, but I hope to see you very soon, to see if you meant every word you said over the phone Friday night. I should say that your letters are very sweet I just know that you are just as sweet as they

are, I am sorry that we cant be alone Firday night, Aug 17, 1923. Is there any possible chance for such things to happen. As I have nothing more to day I will close,

yours till Rocky Mt's Rocks
William.

P.S. I noticed there were no respond over [missing text] the phone when I sent you the quick kiss may be you dont like artificial ones, well you can get real ones from some one else I guess.
