Dear May

just a line to let you know that I have not for got you and I hope that you have not forgot me as yet I hope that thies line will find you well for they are leaving me very well I gis you though that I had for got you be couse I did not see you any more after the night when I went home

with you from the Show. but it look as if their was some think that maid it so that I could not see you but I wood have like to have seen more of you and I hope that if you came up next summer I will see more of you but now that it is so that we can not see each other I hope that you will write me a line so that I will know that you have not for got me. maybe you have but

I hope not why I have not wrote be for was that I did not know wear to write but now that I have your address I hope that I will got a letter from you. as the days are short and night are long I will close will love and hope to hear from you soon.
