Dear May,

I recived your letter to day at least Mr. Lee bought it to me while in bed. May I have been feeling badly almost ever since you left me. I have been off this whole week. I called up Mother Yancey Friday afternoon. I see no reason who you should write me such a letter as you did. Even if I was bad off I don't care to get you all excited by letting other people write to you for me.

you fuss when you don't even know what you are fussing about I am planning on going up to see the people to morrow Sunday if it doesn't rain to hard.

If you write me another letter like that when I come down there, if I come down, I will give you a good spanking. I don't see why you write such a letter when you know how much I love you, I don't have to tell you because of all these years you have found me to be a true fellow.

May Whether you believe it or not some one there is receving my letters and reading them, sealing

them up and giving them to you now you tell me that you wrote me two letters well I only received one letter and the package from you in two weeks I have proof to that I receied the pkg I wrote to you before my birthday did I not? I thought too that perhaps some one is getting a little suspicious of you getting letters from Eliz too often.

You trust people too much, I have also told you to Control your temper, you are too easily to get angry when you do not receie two or more letters from me a week.

Sweet heart I love you ever so much, and will alway try to please you, because you are mine. I would do any possible thing in this world for you. But if you doubt me, then our life, our love, and future are hopeless. Then too you dont trust me, you think I am running around but I am not, because I have been true to you and if you has been as true to me as I have been to you then I am satisfied. Sweet heart I love you too much, I have went with other but you are my heart. There is never an end of my lovig you when I am with, or when you are away

If I change my plans I am going home for Easter instead of Coming down there. I see all of those sweet word that you have been written writing to me were all right until you got angry about my not writing you

I rather for you not to put words in your letters especially when you don't mean them, just write me plain simple letters. I alway write what I mean; your letter was an insult.

Did you write to Adell? give her my best regards and tell her that I wish her all the luck in the world.

Yours,
Bill
