Mrs. H.A. Yancey,
916 Grant Ave.,
Painfield, N.J.
Dear Madam:-

I have taken the matter of the delinquency of your Fold up with your Secretary and informed her just how the Fold stood and at the same time I gave her to understand that if she would make a full settlement at once I would consider all the members in her Fold full benefitted. This was the assurance that I gave you you before you left and I extended to your Secretary the same offer but up to this time I have not heard anything from her.

Trusting that you are well and that you are doing all you can to establish permanent our work in Plainfield, I am,

Yours in H., F., & D.
Amos C. Clark handwritten
Amos C. Clark,
