Dear Madame:

I am in recipt of your letter and note what you have to say. I beg to advise you that I have made a fair and just settlement, paying you the amount that my life register shows that your son was insured for.

I note that you claim that you were entitled to two more weeks benefits. There is not a way I can pay these claims as you failed to have the cards filled before your son died.

Hoping to receive the policies and receipt by return mail.
