Aug, 5th, 1921.

You are hereby notified that the Board of Directors of Improved Order Shepherds and Daughters of Bethlehem will convene in Washington, D.C. on Monday, Sept. 5th 1921. You will please start from your home in time to reach your destination for the Board Meeting at 10 A.M. on said date. I have been assured that committees will be on hand at the various stations to meet you. In the event that you do not see anyone who may be on the lookout for you, please go to 1447 W. St., N.W. and ask for Mrs. Lena Wooden, who is Deputy of our order in that place. The sessions of the Order will he held in the Florida Ave., Baptist Church. N.W.
