My Dear Mother,

I recd. letter money and also and invitation from Roger. I was very glad, sorry you are not going to come home before I get there but whosoever I shall be satisfied.

Mother, you did not send me enough money need $6.00 always because 5.00 is two scimpy I have my trunk to pay for & my fare & lunch.

I havent a cent.

But if you do not get this letter before Tuesday dont send mony because I shall be gone I leave Thursday 4.16 train in the morning but if

You get the letter Monday send me $1.00 Tuesday Morning & I shall get it by Wednesday night. So if you get this please send at once

As I am afraid to start almost with $5.00.
