Dear Cousin Harriet

just a few lines to say I Recd- your letter a few days ago and I am certainly glad to apologize to you for that big $20.00 mistake I made It only took a few minutes with you stubs with you letters to look It up you know I felt bad but you know It is a pleasure to do business with a person who has a knowledge of how we have to do things I am natully over worked aspecially at this season of the year I am in the garde from Time I can see until It is tim for me to go to my work I am two tired to write now I have had 6 In the Corn field to day yesterday Trying to get through as soon as I can to get back to my job I did not feel that. that account was correct I am sending It over again I hope this is right you can have the House painted If It wont Take mutch to do the porch cornice If so only the Roof that need Repair.
