Dear Customer:

In our recent letter, we informed you that we were starting a new plan of rendering electric bills whereby you would receive a bill only once every two months.

We enclose your first bill under this new plan. You will notice that it covers your electric service used during a period of approximately two months. Future bills will be rendered on this same basis.

If you wish to make payments on your account each month, you may do so. All that it will be necessary for you to do is to pay the attached bill promptly. Then next month make an advance payment approximately equal to your average bill for one month at our office. That payment will be credited to the two months' bill you receive the following month.

We trust you have found this arrangement to your satisfaction.

Very truly yours,
G.R. Neubauer
District Manager
