Greetings

We the undersigned, officers and members of The Sons of Esmont Lodge No. 7444 located in Esmont, State of Virginia at a regular meeting held on the 23rd of January 1911, being entitled to membership in the Household of Ruth, desiring to extend, strengthen and perpetuate the bonds of T. L. and T., respectfully petition to your honorable body for a Dispensation to open a Household of Ruth in the town of Esmont State of Virginia We pledge a faithful adherence to the laws, regulations and ceremonies of the Household
