Dear Mrs Yancey

Yours of 29th inst. received and contents noted.

I have had diferent ones to write me about the little home there. I offered it for five hundred dollars but have not come to any agreement with any one

I did not forget my promise to you, but I had not thought that you would think on it at that price, from what you offered me. You have as much chance as any one to secure the place. There have been two different one come to see me here but I did not give them any satisfaction by ?now?

?to? Things are open to you as much or more than any other.

I had planed to come up and clean up and fix up and then if I could not see my Way to live there again, then I would sell.

Hope this will believe you I am Very truly yours in Christ.
W.A. Harris.
