Dear Madam:

I note your request us to mail you your old book. We do not seem to have it at this office. I feel definitely sure that it was returned to you at the same time this new book was issued and mailed to you.

However, if you do not locate it, do not worry about it, since it is not necessary to keep only the book which has the last premium payments entered on it.
