My dear Mrs. Yancey.-

Not knowing of your plans I am writing to ask if by any chance you are to be free this summer or if May is coming north.

My sister, Mrs. Hallock, lives in an appartment corner Park Ave. and Eighth St- Her maid who has been with her some times is called home by illness- The place

(page 2)

is not hard as there is only Mrs. Hallock to do for and we should like to have someone like you or May with her-

Trusting you are well,
Elizabeth Augall

Of course I am not wishing to take you from your present home- I only thought there was a possibility of something-
