Dear Sir:

At the last meeting of the Teachers Association (Dec. 10) it was decided that a district meeting shall be held in each school Dist some time in Jan., or early in Feb. These district meetings are be under the supervision of the various vice presidents, who are to select the date and place of meeting and at once notify the President of such selection, so that he may aid in preparing program and getting teachers out.

Let me hear from you at once as to your selection & your suggestions for program. Supt. ?Everett? decides that it is best for these Dist. meetings to be held on Sat.

Awaiting your reply,

Resp
