Mr. Yancey,
Dear Sir

I wrote to to you sometime ago and failed to get any ans from you I sent you my application Blank to fix for me and also sent you stamp to send me that catloge where you tryed to get for me from the Whelling School dont guess you got the letter I wish you all a Merry Xamas and a happy new year give my love to all I guess I will bee to see you all in a Short While

Brother James was down to see me last. Sunday [missing text] Well his Best Regards to you all I am working at hotel now I am having nice time during to Christmas it is very cold up hear Snow about eight inches deep.
