Dear Mr. Yancey,

I have sent your name in for help. You will get a ?blank? in a few days from [missing text] you will fill and return them at once. You are to ?2 rise? or less the amount of one month pay 25 dollars before you get the 25 dollars given ?rest? by Dr. ?Frisee?

I shall expect to hear from you & Mr. Cory at once.

Will you instruct Mr. Cory about the blank & also [missing text] no pay will come to him until he reports to me.
