TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME GREETING KNOW YE THAT THE IMPROVED ORDER SHEPHERDS AND DAUGHTERS OF BETHLEHEM, Have appointed and by these presents do appoint B.F. Yancey of Albemarle County or City in the State of Virginia a Deputy of our beloved Order hereby ratifying all that our said DEPUTY may do or cause to be done in the premeses.

In testimony whereof, we have caused these presents to be signed by our Grand Shepherd and the Grand Financial Scribe and Treasurer in Honesty, Faithfulness and Devotion.
