Mr. B.F. Yancy,
Dear sir and Brother:-

Having heard of the general dissatisfaction existing in your order since your last meeting of the Grand Fold, and feeling that you are one of the leading spirits, I take this occasion to write you and the folds you control.

Feeling that your order is our child, we do not hesitate to invite you and your folds back to our order. We take the liberty to say to you, if from any cause you are dissatisfied, come back to your first love.

Now, if you are willing to consider coming back we will be glad to correspond with you in relation thereto.

Hoping that this may meet your approval, we beg to remain very truly yours,
Mr. B.J. Franklin, Chairman
Mrs. ?Alice? P. Smith, Sec'y Executive Board
#603 Catherine St. Rchd Va
