Prof. B.F. Yancey,
Dear Sir & Brother
I hope you all are well. This leaves me feeling fairley well with exception of slight cold. I was in Petersburg Friday to attend the commencement, the same was of a high order.
Mrs. James wishes to be especially remembered to Mrs. Yancey and extend many thanks for her kindness. We saw Rev. Riddell
on our way down. And he said that, the Womans Missionary & Educational Circle at Scottsville on learning that I would be there on the 5th Sunday desired me to preach a
special sermon on Missions that night. I saw Rev. Hobbs Friday he asked to be remembered to you all.
How is Mr. ?Howlett? getting along rembe remember me kindly to all the family, friends and acquaintances. We will be only too glad to have you down Sunday. if you
find it possible to come,
Let me hear from you at your earliest,
Believe me sincerely Yours,
W.H. James, Jr.
?P.P.? We hope to have minutes 10th of Month.
