October 13th, 1910

Prof. B.F. Yancey:
Sir:

You are going to have anotice of a lawsuit served on you in afew days by the S heriff of Albermarle Co. Now, don't you hurry here o n that account. I will attend to everything.

Don't say anything to any of the Councils where you go along. It will confuse them, and no good will be accomplished by it. Stay as long as you intend to stay, and write here for any information you may desire.
