Nov. 1st 1914

Dear Husband,

just a few lines to you to night [missing text] I am wondering how you have been getting along these 3 days. It seem longer how are you feeling anyway. we are getting on all ok. children send love & kisses wishing for your return the friends have been asking after you today Mr. & Mrs. [missing text] called and Mrs. Louden & tonight Mr. & Mrs. Harris Aunt Caroline Cary & Auntie Fannie & [missing text] so you [missing text] they was

was interested in you Walter came and cut a cord & half of wood Yesterday & cut some stove wood also.

Mr. ?Roberson? (Albert) called [missing text] to day- have been perfect will be glad when you come love to Mrs. Jenkins & family will meet you Wednesday will May the Lord bless & keep you in my prayer.
