Dear Wife & C,

Your letter came safe In answering you I hope in this hour received bed & ate I will send a small basket with some Things for you & c. Please let me know size of waist (shirt) I will send you a summer suit-

I shall try & get a bureau if I am successful- Kisses & hugs for you & C. I am glad you are getting on so well with chickens & garden

You are all ok I am trying to get straight - I am saving all I can. The bed-springs & mattress cost me $7- I hope it will be all ok-

Will send you some money on 20 inst. - Taken all to get bed- Did you get the $2.00 I sent you-

Kisses- Wish I was with you tonight
