A Horrible Murder

Summary: The body of a man named Boggs was found mutilated by an axe in the woods three miles South of Shippensburg. Boggs was a single man who worked in the Ore Bank near Shippensburg. A man named Titus who lives near the spot where the body was found was arrested on suspicion of committing the act after a woman about his house implicated him.
