Summary: Reports that a posse headed by Officer Houser descended upon Isaac Hentrick's residence to arrest him on a warrant issued for "threats against one of our citizens and indecently exposing his person." When the members of the group arrived, Hentricks refused to give himself up and fired five shots at them from his window, just missing one of them. Officer Houser responded by "procuring a rifle, which had the effect of bringing Hentrick to terms." The man was subsequently arrested and confined to the county jail.
