TEN DOLLARS REWARD. ELOPED from Richmond some time in Christmas last, a negro woman named VIOLET , WITH a child named SALLY , the property of Salley Pear: the woman is about thirty eight years of age, of a yellowish complexion, very fleshy, five feet four or five inches high; the child three or four years old; Violet had a free husband by the name of Bartlett, a light mulatto formerly owned by Richard Chapman, deceased, of Hanover county.--Bartlett left Richmond some time before Violet, who I suspect will endeavor to follow him--Whoever will deliver the said Negroes to me in the lower end of Henrico or secure them in any jail so that I get them again shall have the above reward, or five dollars for either, paid by WILLIAM CARTER.
