COMMITTED to the Jail of Richmond county, the 10th of August, a young negro man by the name of TITUS, who says he belongs to Elisha Dickerson, of the state of Maryland. The owner is desired to prove his property, pay charges and take him away. JOHN HAWS, Jailor. August 19, 1793.
