Taken up, and Committed to Norfolk Borough Goal, a likely young Negro fellow who calls himself JOE; he informs that he formerly belonged to Plesent Cox, in Brandon County, Virginia, and he was purchased by David Slocam, of Georgia, South-Carolina, last Winter.
