COMMITTED to the gaol of this corporation, a run away mulatto man, who says his name is JAMES and that he belongs to Mr. GRAVES of Richmond. The owner is requested to pay charges and take him away. JOSEPH BERRY, gaoler. Fredericksburg, June 22, 1788.
