COMMITTED to the Jail of Northumberland County, on the 1st Instant, a NEGRO MAN, who calls himself Randolph, is about 5 Feet 10 or 11 Inches high, and appears to be about 30 Years of Age. The Owner is desired to apply, pay Charges, and take him away. JESSE ALEXANDER, Jailer. August 22, 1786.
