COMMITTED to the Jail of Northumberland County, on the 17th of July last, a NEGRO MAN, who sometime says his Name is Travis, and at other calls himself Charles; he is of a yellowish Complexion, about 24 years of Age, and about 5 feet 6 Inches high. He says that he belongs to a Mr. Ludwell Wilkinson, of New-Kent County. The Owner is desired to apply, pay Chrages, and take him away. JESSE ALEXANDER, Jailer. August 22, 1786.
