November 4, 1782. FIFTY DOLLARS REWARD. RAN AWAY from Putney, while the British army was at Petersburg, JEMMY, a very likely Negro Man, of a light complexion, about four feet ten inches high, and about twenty-six years of age. I purchased him from Mr. Edward Markes, of Brunswick, and have reasons to believe he is in that neighbourhood now. I will give the above reward to have him delivered to me at Putney, in New-Kent County, or to Col. DANIEL DUVAL, in said County. W. CLAIBORNE.
