The Geography of Slavery

TAKEN up in James City county, a NEGRO GIRL, named BETTY, about fifteen or sixteen years of age. She says she belongs to Robert Carter, of Westmoreland county. The owner is desired to apply, prove his property, pay charges, and take her away. WILLIAM MUSGROVE.
