Williamsburg, April 11, 1777.

RUN away from the subscriber in James City county, the 1st of February last, a negro fellow named MARCUS, about 5 feet 4 inches high, 35 years old, of a yellow complexion, and was brought up as a waiter in a house; he had on, when he went away, a blue Newmarket coat, with coat, waistcoat, and breeches, of the same colour. Whoever delivers the said negro to me, at Green Spring, shall have 3 l. reward; and upon information, so that I get him again, 40 s. JOHN ELLIS.
