COMMITTED to Charles City jail, a negro man 5 feet 3 inches high, who calls himself NED, and says he belongs to William Stitt, or Stith, living on Vocomaw, in South Carolina, near Santee; also a negro fellow 5 feet 4 inches high, about 22 years old, who says his name is JACOB, and that he belongs to Joseph Kenty, living on Santee river, South Carolina. The owners are desired to apply for them as soon as possible, and pay charges to JOHN HARWOOD, jailer.
