COMMITTED to Elizabeth City jail, a mulatto fellow who says he belongs to William Boles of New York, and that his name is JACK; he is 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, has a scar on his nose, and had on common negro clothing. The owner is desired to take him away, and pay charges to JOHN M'LACHLIN, jailer.
