COMMITTED to the publick jail in Williamsburg, a runaway negro man named Tobit, who says he belongs to Winfield Colby in Hanover county, but eloped from Giles Harding, in Goochland county, to whom he was hired by his master. He is a tall well-made fellow, thin visage, and is blind in his left eye. His master is desired to apply for him, pay charges, and take him away. PETER PELHAM.
