COMMITTED to the publick jail in Williamsburg, a runaway negro man named WILL, who says he belongs to Richard Batte in Chesterfield county. He is 6 feet high, of a yellowish complexion, about 30 years old, and has worked at the carpenter's trade. His owner is desired to apply for him, and pay charges. PETER PELHAM.
