COMMITTED to Dinwiddie Jail, on the 15th of October last, a short yellow Virginia born Negro, who says he belongs to William Watt of North Carolina; he had on a Sheeting Shirt, a spotted lapelled Jacket, a green Cotton One, Buckskin Breeches, an old Pair of Boots, and a Half worn bound Hat.
