COMMITTED to the publick gaol of Princess Anne county, by order of court, a yellow complexioned mulatto, who calls himself TOM WHEELER, about 5 feet 6 inches high, about 40 years old, has been living in the said county for the space of twelve months and upwards, and never entered himself on the list of tithables, although he alleged himself to be free born, and produced, whenever called to account, a pass, which is supposed and adjudged to be a forged one, and he a slave. Whoever claims the said mulatto, and proves their property, may have him, on paying charges, of FREDERICK BOUSH, D. S.
