Delegate Joseph Poff Comments on Segregation Suit
Franklin County Delegate Joseph Poff was not surprised by an announcement the previous

students to Check and Floyd County High Schools. Poff knew the county was "vulnerable" to
such applications because it did not have an accredited institution.
