Interview with Delegate Joseph Poff

Franklin County Delegate Joseph Poff of Floyd County was interviewed on the prospect of
integration among two county schools. Despite the presence of "a few people" who were
"bitter against integration," Poff did not foresee any difficulties emerging if the
schools were integrated, according to Poff because of the "quality" of the black population in the
county.
