No spoken word. File footage of Oliver Hill speaking at a NAACP meeting in Lynchburg at
the Court Street Baptist Church. Before a crowd of about 1,800, Hill and Rev. Virgil Wood
endorsed boycotting and picketing local stores that did not offer integrated service.
