Prince Edward County, Bus Stop Interview, September 10, 1963 - Part I
|
|
Six school-age black students waited for a bus to pick them up for the first time in
four years. A WDBJ reporter interviewed a young black boy who said he wanted to get an
education in order to become a doctor. In addition, an older, white man led an audience
of black Prince Edward County students and staff in prayer.
