Caldwell Butler Responds to Almond Speech
|

Butler, a Republican delegate from Roanoke, acknowledged Almond's accomplishments as
governor. Although Butler did not always agree with Almond on budget issues, he admired
the fact that Almond did what he thought was best for Virginia.
