Blair writes Harriet Yancey concerning placing a picture of her deceased husband, Benjamin Franklin Yancey, in the Esmont School.
Mrs Yancey:-
In reply to your letter received today, would say: There is absolutely no objection to having the photograph of your late husband placed in the school building. On the other hand I considerate [considered] it very appropriate to have the photograph, placed on the wall, of one who has been so faithful in the school is [?] and who labored for the advancement of the Esmont School. Any one [Anyone] who has taken an active part in the [?] bulding [building] & advancement of Education showed be so honored and remembered be he teacher or patron.
